Sale is not subject so seller financing. Buyer must have financing prior to sale. Closing upon provision of merchantable title, estimated to be 30 days or less. Title to be transferred by Warranty Deed and owner’s title insurance policy with cost split 50/50. Possession to be given upon closing. Propane and taxes based on current taxes of $247.26 prorated to closing. Successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement which will become the binding contract through closing. Sale subject to seller confirmation upon close of auction.
