Title to be transferred by Warranty Deed and owner’s title insurance policy with cost split 50/50. Possession to be given upon closing. Propane and taxes based on current taxes of $247.26 prorated to closing. Successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement which will become the binding contract through closing.
