Who are we?

Tom and Barb Travis own Travis Agency a full service real estate brokerage and auctioneering service located at 14 E 4th Street in Platte, South Dakota.  We offer auctioneer services for real estate, estates, households, farms, antiques, collectibles and general consignments.  Travis Agency is also affiliated with Hubner Auction of Avon, South Dakota.

Additionally, we offer a real estate brokerage service as the seller's agent, the buyer's agent, disclosed limited agency (representing both buyer and seller), and transaction brokerage services.

Agency Policy

The Tom and Barb Travis also own and operate the Prairie Skies Country Inn.  Donna owns and operates Molly's Manor B&B. Both are excellent accommodations while in the Platte area for: family and group outings, pheasant and deer hunting, nearby Missouri River Walleye fishing or boating, horseback riding and 4-wheeling.
