This property will be sold by online auction only conducted by Travis Auction Service and assisted by McPherson Auction.

  • This property will be sold “as is/where is”.  Any personal real estate items which are inside/outside of the property will remain and will be included in the sale.

  • A 7 Percent (7%) buyer’s premium will be applied to the highest bid.

  • The highest bidder must provide a $10,000 earnest money down payment by non-refundable certified funds to the closing company trust account within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The Earnest money will be applied at closing.

  • At the close of the auction on October 15, 2026, the highest bidder will be contacted by Tom Travis @ Travis Real Estate to make arrangements to complete a Purchase Agreement (buyer’s auction contract) either in person or by email and to secure the $10,000 earnest money down payment.  Any and all interested buyers must secure their financial assistance arrangements prior to the sale. Auctioneers reserve the right to request proof of funding by bank letter of credit and reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone with non-compliance.

  • 2025 property taxes are $2,820.30 Seller will be responsible for all 2025 property taxes due in 2026.

  • Transfer of ownership will be by Warranty Deed and Owners Title policy, cost of which to be split: 50% seller, 50% buyer.

  • Closing date will be on or before November 30, 2026, with Possession date upon Closing.
