This property will be sold by online auction only conducted by Travis Auction Service and assisted by McPherson Auction.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder. Please note that there will be an Eight Percent (8%) buyer’s premium. Successful bidders must complete a buyer’s auction contract and provide earnest money down payment by non-refundable certified funds to the closing company trust account which is applied to purchase at closing.
Any and all interested buyers must secure their financial assistance arrangements prior to the sale. Auctioneers reserve the right to request proof of funding by bank letter of credit and reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone with non-compliance.
